MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL:

I am delighted to welcome you to Ng’undu Township Mixed Boarding Secondary School, Kamulu. 

We are a school community based on our core values of Pride, Unity and Respect, a school that believes passionately about providing a safe, inspiring and enriching environment that enables everyone to flourish. We pride ourselves on placing learning at the heart of all we do and on helping all members of our community embrace learning and make the most of every day. 

We do this by teaching our students to take responsibility for their own learning and by guiding them towards new knowledge and skills through the provided curriculum that meets the educational standards. This leads to graduation which enable our students to attend the best Universities in the country and abroad. This is all made possible by the amazing world class teachers who bring their dedication and passion to every experience both inside and outside of the classroom. 

Our students’ KCSE results are consistently among the very best. Typically, most of our graduating class are offered places at the country’s top Universities and Colleges. This makes us one of the most successful School in our area and amongst the best Schools in the County. 

These outstanding academic outcomes are only part of what makes our school so special. We have a vibrant Performing Arts Programme which is designed and delivered in collaboration with the other  Schools in the sub-county and dynamic nationally minded curricular and co-curricular opportunities based on our collaboration with other organizations. We also have a competitive athletics programme which provides students with opportunities to develop a passion for sport as well as compete in local, regional and state tournaments. We are proud of all our sporting success and especially proud of the Soccer Championships we have won in recent years. 

We help develop nationally aware young people who know how to learn and how to lead, so they can make a difference in the lives of our local community and on wider scales. The commitment to provide service for others through our service learning programmes is an integral element of what makes a Student.
